In line with MiWay's fanatical dedication to delivering awesome customer experiences, it wanted to offer customers a conversational, 24/7 quote solution for car insurance.
How we helped

Accessible from the MiWay website, the solution enables people interested in car insurance to quickly and easily get an accurate quote in under five minutes, 24/7. The conversational experience is fun, quirky and lighthearted, while still maintaining the professionalism that is always guaranteed by MiWay. Once users receive their quote, they request a callback, upon which their details and quote are sent to the call center, enabling a smooth transition between the conversational and live agent.
The outcome
MiWay gained valuable leads which helped them increase their revenue and growth. In two years, the solution has seen over 60 000 visitors, generated over R8 000 000 worth in quotes and received a 4.5/5 average customer experience rating.
